We are so excited to welcome you all back to face to face classes.
It’s so important to us that we keep you safe and that you feel comfortable spending your time here when pregnant and with your little ones.
So here’s how we our managing the spread of COVID-19 in our classes.
We have implemented a one-way-system through the venue
We are asking people to make sure they are wearing face masks when entering and moving through the building to ensure we are helping to keep everyone safe. They do not need to be worn while on the mat and practising yoga
Class numbers will be capped, ensuring social distancing, so we encourage you to book your classes online through the website www.firstembracebirthandbaby.co.uk
All bookings for your classes must be done online so we can manage the numbers for each class. No cash will be taken on the day and no walk ins.
A socially distanced queuing system will be in place. Please be prepared to possibly queue outside the venue
Please do come in your yoga kit where possible, there are no changing rooms, but toilets are available to change in, if needed
Windows in the venue will be open to ensure ventilation as we practice our beautiful yoga classes
Please Bring your own yoga mat and you may want to bring a small pillow and blanket for your comfort during relaxations.
All contact with surfaces will be minimised; with doors held open where appropriate and possible
Cleaning stations will be available where contact with surfaces cannot easily be minimised, such as toilet doors
Hand sanitiser will be available, hand washing is available in toilets, and we encourage you to do one or both at regular intervals
There will be no physical adjustments from instructors, so please do, as ever, listen carefully to instruction
We ask you to please, please stay home if you have been experiencing any of the following symptoms:

-Cough
-Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
-Fatigue
-Muscle or body aches
-Headache

Its important to note that at present there has been no known increased risk of COVID-19 for pregnant mothers, however we understand that you may still have concerns so please do talk to us and if there is any thing we can do to make you feel more at ease, we will do our very best to accommodate.
We can’t wait to welcome you safely to our tranquil space.
