Breathe, Move and connect your Mind and body with this relaxing yet empowering antenatal class which offers a unique blend of Active Birth Antenatal Education, Pregnancy yoga, Hypnobirthing techniques, Breathing techniques, Relaxation and the chance to connect with other pregnant people as well as relax for your calm and positive birth. We work together to give you the knowledge and tools to remove fears and leave you full of confidence. The choice you make should be well informed. And we aim to equip you with the content and options so you make the best decisions.
Whether this is your first or subsequent pregnancy, this is the perfect class to take time out for you, to make the best preparation for your mind and body, to feel confident and positive about the birth. However, you choose to birth your baby. This class is suitable for pregnant people only from 14 weeks of pregnancy, right through to your baby’s birthing day, and will run to a 6 week term. Each class is 1.5 hours long with time to chat, ask questions and to connect with other members of the class. Group classes or private 1-1 are available.
For expectant parents, having a birth partner can be an invaluable asset; they can provide emotional support, help with decision-making, and offer companionship throughout the pregnancy and birth process. We like to provide the expectant mother with positive affirmations that can help her to stay focused and confident in her journey. Our hypnobirthing courses are not just about teacher-driven learning, many of our women like to share information about everything related to their birth stories, birth experiences and the all-important birth plan. It’s a great way to get real world advice about the choices, resources and things you can expect at any stage of your journey. I look forward to helping coach you and your birth partners. * Our yoga classes are inspired by ashtanga, hatha, vinyasa, kundalini, iyengar and restorative yoga, but unfortunately, it’s not appropriate for hot Bikram.
*During the yoga class we demonstrate the power of yoga on our bodies without the expensive yoga retreat.

*Breathing techniques for pregnancy and birth, including deep breathing to help keep you calm and in control.

Each Member of our Embrace Pregnancy and Birth class will have access to their own WhatsApp group and follow up emails after every class as well as access to our closed Facebook group.
This class is for pregnant people only but if you would like to include your Birth Partner in your positive birth preparations then our 5 hour Embrace Active Birth workshop or full 12 hours KG Hypnobirthing Workshop / Course would be perfect for you both either as a standalone course or as a package alongside Embrace Pregnancy Yoga and Hypnobirthing classes.
There are lots of ways your physiology can change during pregnancy and after multiple births, we aim to break down the health and science about how things can affect you and your babies’ life in a simple and easy to understand language.
