I loved the mixture of yoga/songs/sensory and baby massage within this class. It’s also such a  lovely thing for new mums to meet and have a tea and chat after the class as well! I love unwinding with the yoga stretches and we've learnt some great baby massage techniques which we use at bedtime every night and it helps our baby sleep like...a baby! xxx

My little one loves going each week (as do i!), it’s a great way to bond with your baby and also meet other mums. Ive booked on to another 6 week course as we love it so much :) highly recommend!
