I really enjoyed coming to becks classes with my baby. It's a great combination of a bit of time doing yoga for you as a mum (good balance between baby being involved so not too cross, but also not too much heavy lifting!), massage for baby & a cup of tea at the end. Felt like a very welcome space even if your baby had a bit of a cry / yelled most of the first class! Nice way to get up & out the house on a Monday morning. My baby also really enjoyed the massage subsequently. Thank you becks - would definitely recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed Rebecca's Yoga and Hypnobirthing classes. I was made to feel so relaxed, welcomed and free to talk openly. I learned so much more than I ever expected and it was all such clear, well presented information which has made me confident for my birth. I'm returning with my partner for the antenatal classes now! Thank you so much Rebecca for making my first pregnancy a positive, more connected one 🥰

My daughter and I have just completed 6 wonderful baby yoga and massage sessions. We have absolutely loved it, the movement for mum's at the start is great and much needed. My baby loved the massage and sensory, even having her first proper giggles! We have enjoyed it so much that we have booked on for another 6 weeks. I would highly recommend.

It was an absolute pleasure spending 6 weeks with Rebecca on her hypnobirthing and pregnancy yoga class. She is a incredibly calm and kind teacher, I learnt lots. I also joined the baby yoga and massage class once my baby was born. This was also brilliant, Rebecca is so lovely and I would recommend both her classes to anyone pregnant or with a new baby. Meeting other mums is also so nice.

My baby and I loved Rebecca's yoga and massage class. A lovely gentle way to ease in the week. The extra time at the end of the sessions for coffee and chat with other parents is a nice touch. I would highly recommend Rebecca's classes!

I cannot recommend Rebecca enough! Her pregnancy yoga, hypnobirthing and antenatal classes have been both fun, relaxing and informative. I also attended her active birthing workshop with my partner and I can honestly say I have learnt so much from Rebecca and she has well and truly helped me gain confidence and a positive attitude towards birth amongst a mountain of knowledge and reassurance. I also think her prices are absolutely more than reasonable, her services are impeccable and I would recommend her to all expectant parents.

I did the yoga+ hypnobirth 6 weeks course and I was amazed, tuesdays after the class I felt so relax so calm, favourite day during pregnancy. Then I did the antenatal workshop with my partner and we loved it. She is increíble, amazing, so much knowledge and so simple explained, makes you feel at easy and very relax about birth. It changed our vision of labour and makes you feel birth is an amazing empower experience. I feel now ready to welcome my little girl. We cannot recommend her enough, best thing I have done during my pregnancy! I recommend to all my friends!

Brilliant post natal and baby yoga with the lovely addition of baby massage 🥰 Rebecca stages the movement perfectly for mums on the journey to feeling better after giving birth, and has a lot of knowledge on a variety of scenarios mums and babies may have been through! A lovely space with a great balance of quality time with baby and time to connect with other mums ❤️

I have attended both hypnobirthing class and once my little girl was born we have done 2 terms of baby massage and yoga. Rebecca is so lovely and her classes have been such a joy to attend. When I was pregnant her hypnobirthing class taught me so much and I had the most magical birthing experience (not a pain killer or intervention in sight) the class was my safe place and I can’t thank you enough Becks for that. Baby yoga and massage class has been wonderful, for many reasons- learning massage technique, baby sensory, yoga for me, and meeting new mummy friends and a cup of coffee too. As soon as Becks has a class for toddlers age we will be there. Becks has such a calming influence and is wonderful with both mums and babies. We have loved every class…thank you so much x
